MKCD-F-450 Chocolate Moulding Line with cooling tunnel produces solid chocolate, filled chocolate, tri-coloured chocolate, cream/caramel filled chocolate and whole hazelnut, rice crispy, hazelnut, almond and walnut particle fillings. 

The Automatic Chocolate Molding Line can produce solid chocolate, filled chocolate, double-colored chocolate, solid chocolate or filled chocolate with 2-4 mm brittle particles such as almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, and sesame seeds, and all hazelnut-filled chocolates. The line features its own cooling tunnel and automatic demoulding units. Products removed from the mould are automatically transferred to the conveyor for packaging.
